Making & delivery

• Everything is made to order. Each product page shows how long it takes to make before it's sent.
• UK delivery is £3.95 per order, and free on orders of £40.00 or more.
• If you need something by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering so I can confirm it's possible.
• You'll get an email when your order is on its way.

Personalised items

Personalised and custom-made items are made to your own wording and design, so under UK consumer law they can't be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once they've been made. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully before ordering, because items are made exactly as typed.

If you spot a mistake in your order, contact me as soon as possible via the contact form. If I haven't started making it yet, I'll happily correct it.

Non-personalised items

For items that aren't personalised, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Let me know via the contact form, then return the items within a further 14 days. You pay the return postage (please use a tracked service). Your refund, including the standard delivery cost, will be made within 14 days of the items arriving back.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered (including a mistake on my part in your personalisation), please contact me within 30 days with a photo. I'll put it right with a replacement or refund and cover any postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Caring for your item

Each product page has care details. Handmade items may vary very slightly from the photos, and that's part of their charm.
