2. Your order
- When you pay at checkout you'll receive a receipt by email. That's your order confirmation, and our contract with you starts then.
- If we can't fulfil your order (for example an item is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
- Every item is handmade to order, so it may vary very slightly from the photos and illustrations.
- Personalised items are made exactly as you type them at checkout, so please check spelling, names and dates carefully.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The delivery charge and the total are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery charges, dispatch times and what to expect are explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Items become your responsibility once they're delivered to the address you gave.
5. Cancellations and returns
Personalised and custom items are made to your own specification, so they can't be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once made. You can cancel non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving them. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
6. Faulty items and your rights
We're required by law to provide goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Product safety
- Follow the care instructions on each product page. Vinyl on mugs and glasses is dishwasher safe where stated; hand-washing makes it last longer.
- Decorations, decals and small items aren't toys and aren't suitable for young children.
8. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our products are for domestic and private use, and we aren't liable for business losses.
9. Your information
We use your details only to process and deliver your order and keep the records we're required to. See our Privacy notice.
10. Questions and complaints
Contact the contact form and we'll do our best to put things right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
